This person who claimed to be the manager came to WhatsApp to scold me after I posted a review on booking. This is how they treat customers. I wrote it clearly in the booking review. The location is very good and the staff is very welcoming. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation is poor. I can hear the snoring next door and the toilet upstairs every night. I can clearly hear every neighbor talking in the room. Because the furniture is so old, I hear rattling sounds every night. I think the review I gave is very pertinent. It is helpful for people who need a quiet environment to sleep. However, this manager actually asked me to delete the review, using the high-sounding reason "it will affect the income of employees". Is this how this hotel has a three-star rating? Attack every customer who leaves a negative review and buy good reviews with a low price? I have stayed in various hotels in more than 20 countries in Europe. For 25 euros a night, unless I'm in super expensive cities like London and Paris, I always find a satisfying hotel in Europe. This is definitely not the case.

I traveled by myself. The room was very clean during my 10 day stay. The cleaning lady was very nice and replaced the towels, toilet papers regularly and bed and pillow sheets. The front desk help were extremely polite and nice and helped me with booking taxis even though I only used taxis 2 times and helped with other matters when I needed help. The hotel is less than 12 minutes walk from Aya Sophia and Sultan Ahmad Mosque. 15 minutes walk to Grand bazaar and Egyptian bazaar. The price of the room was unbeatable. I really enjoyed staying there and I would greatly recommend it. My special thanks to the owner.

How can it be over 4 points? I've been to over 100 cheap hotels and hostels and this is the WORST. Towels were not changed 6 days. There is hair from an unknown person under the bed covers. The owner of the hotel is very rude.

My three-night stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular, largely owing to the impressive location and the phenomenal staff. The hotel’s proximity to the metro/tram station made traveling around Istanbul a breeze. I was also delighted to find that most of the city’s must-see tourist attractions and historical sites were conveniently located nearby. Evening time you can go up to hotel roof top for the beautiful view. What really set this stay apart, though, was the exceptional reception staff. Sajid and Awab went above and beyond to ensure comfort and offer helpful recommendations. Their superb service made the experience unforgettable. A big thank you to Sajid and Awab! I can’t wait for my next visit and highly recommend this hotel to all Istanbul SOLO/Couple travelers.

I rented this hotel 👎👎 I do not recommend it, there is no working air conditioner, cleaning services are late, there is no parking, its location is at the top of the street, and the treatment is very, very bad ❌

The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works great, the views are absolutely stunning. The location is at the heart of the city, just a 5 minute walk from the tram station. I loved hearing the daily prayers at the mosque and sea gulls from my room, the culture is absolutely wonderful. You can get a sim card for a lower price than at the airport here, when you arrive. Just make sure to take water bottles and other toiletteries as they don't provide them. On the whole, the staff is so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here! 💖

Near everywhere, the services super good, they have lift. Room clean and smell good. Only 1 problem no window. And they not provide breakfast. But if u want any trip or tour they can provide

Recommend this hotel for anyone looking for good quality at a good price in Istanbul. The rooms were always clean, the location is awesome, view from the rooftop is beautiful, and most importantly the staff are amazing! Special shout out to Mohammad for all his help and kindness. The staff can arrange airport transfers and tours for you, provide any recommendations. The only thing to keep in mind is we had a room right beside the elevator and we could hear the mechanisms of it when someone would use it, so if you’re a light sleeper I would recommend getting a room not right beside elevator. Other than that everything was great! Recommend this hotel, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay.
